2nd City Chorus presented their annual Christmas show as part of the Concerts on The Creek series presented by Spring Creek United Church of Christ. The concert took place on December 3rd before a full house. The audience was treated to some of 2nd City’s regular repertoire and of course Christmas Carols. The Up North Four presented their version of Mary Did You Know and Winter Wonderland. . 

The 2nd City Chorus was happy to host 13 guest singers at our Ready Set Sing event. It's not late for you come join us for some FREE singing lessons!

We had an amazing 2018-19!  This year has passed by quickly, but it was filled with a few FRIST'S. In June of 2017 the Barbershop Harmony Society adopted "Everyone in Harmony" which opened the door for woman to join the Society. We were very honored to have woman singing in our chorus leading the way into a new era in the Babershop Society. The Fall Contest in the Illinois Distict crowed this chorus as the FIRST Mixed Chorus Champions! We are honored and proud to represent a new category of champions in the Illinois District.

The 2nd City Chorus will be singing in a number of venues over the next several weeks and invite your attendance!  March 21 at the Belvidere Woman's Club, October 17 Annual Show at Memorial Hall in Downtown Rockford.
